Delivery & Returns

STANDARD UK DELIVERY

All our products are designed and printed by hand here in the UK. Your items will take 2 working days to be handprinted and dispatched.

Once your items have been processed and dispatched, they will take around 2-3 working days to get to you.

Standard UK delivery costs £3.95 or is FREE on orders over £50. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking number.

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail and once they have left the building, we do not have any control over how parcels are delivered and cannot guarantee delivery times. It is always best to check your tracking number or call Royal Mail for any enquiries.

 

OAK & ROPE UK DELIVERY

Oak & Rope keep some of their designs with the most popular engravings on their shelves, ready-to-wrap. If you order these by noon, they will be sent on a next-day-delivery service either by their courier Interlink Express or Royal Mail (if they weigh less than1kg) within the UK.

The normal delivery time for personalised orders varies between 10-14 days depending on how busy the workshop is. UK delivery charges vary from £4.50 for small items, £9.50, £15, £30, or £60 for the heaviest items. When you order more than one item we can normally ship the complete order for a single (highest) delivery charge. 

 

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer you a refund on any unused items if returned in perfect condition.

All returned items must be in their original condition with tags on, and returned within 28 days of purchase. Please email info@blueforest.com to start your return process.

Please include the the following when returning an item:

Full name, delivery address, order number, email address and reason for return.

 

REFUNDS

We will notify you by email once your returns have been received.

We aim to complete all returns within 5-7 working days.

Your refund will be made back to the original payment method. Please be aware that it may take a few days for your refund to appear depending on your bank.
